These Terms & Conditions govern use of the HK Trading Australia website and purchases or services provided by HK Trading and Sourcing Pty Ltd.

HK Trading and Sourcing Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary company registered in Western Australia. ABN 79 702 138 010. ACN 702 138 010. The customer-facing brand is HK Trading Australia.

5.3 Products

We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are accurate. Product colours, packaging, dimensions and specifications may vary where permitted and where the variation does not affect applicable consumer rights.

5.4 Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change before an order is accepted. Where applicable, GST and other charges will be identified at checkout or before purchase.

The payment methods we accept are the methods offered at checkout: bank transfer, cheque and cash on delivery, where those options are enabled for the order. We do not display card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay as accepted methods unless that option is actually available at checkout. Wholesale and sourcing projects may instead be invoiced on the terms in the quotation.

5.5 Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may need to confirm availability, pricing and other order details before accepting an order. If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will provide an appropriate solution, including refunding amounts paid where required.

5.6 Product sourcing

Our sourcing services may include product research, supplier identification, manufacturer sourcing, price negotiation, sampling, product development, private labelling, custom packaging, quality requirements, freight coordination, shipping, documentation and import or logistics coordination. Specific sourcing projects may be subject to separate quotations, agreements or commercial terms.

5.7 Wholesale

Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, wholesale pricing, deposit requirements, payment terms, production timeframes, freight charges, customisation requirements and separate commercial agreements.

5.8 Custom and private-label products

Custom, private-label or specially manufactured products may be subject to additional terms regarding minimum quantities, samples, artwork, branding, packaging, production, deposits, lead times and cancellation. Specific terms will be agreed before production begins.

5.9 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, product content, design and website layout is owned by or licensed to HK Trading and Sourcing Pty Ltd or its relevant content providers.
