4.2 How we collect information

We collect information when you create an account, place an order, submit a quote, product, wholesale or sourcing enquiry, contact us, subscribe to communications, apply as a supplier, or communicate through email, WhatsApp, WeChat or social media. We also collect limited technical information when you browse or interact with the website.

4.3 How we use information

• Process orders and payments, and deliver products
• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and provide sourcing services
• Manage customer accounts and suppliers, and provide customer support
• Improve the website, prevent fraud or misuse, and maintain website security

4.4 Orders, quotes, sourcing and suppliers

Quote requests, product enquiries, wholesale enquiries, product sourcing requests and supplier applications are stored so we can respond and keep a record of what was submitted. Supplier applications may include factory details, catalogues, specifications, certifications, production capability, MOQ, pricing and sample information.

4.5 WhatsApp, WeChat and social media

If you contact us on WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram or another social platform, that platform also handles the message under its own terms. We use those messages to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send payment card numbers through those channels.

4.6 Payment information

Where online payments are processed, payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers. We may not directly store complete payment card details where the payment provider processes that information. Checkout currently offers the payment methods shown at checkout, which are bank transfer, cheque and cash on delivery where those options are enabled. Card wallets are not offered unless they appear as a checkout option.

4.7 Service providers

We may share necessary information with service providers involved in payment processing, website hosting, IT, email, delivery, freight, logistics, customs, analytics and customer support.

4.8 Analytics and cookies

The website does not currently run Google Analytics or advertising pixels. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, they will be described in the Cookie Policy and, where required, will wait for consent.

4.9 International disclosure

Because we operate an international trading and sourcing business, information may sometimes be disclosed to overseas service providers, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers or other parties where reasonably necessary to provide the products or services you requested.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, or to ask for correction of inaccurate information, subject to applicable law.
