Warranty

Some products sold by HK Trading & Sourcing may include a manufacturer’s warranty or an express warranty provided by us. Where a specific product has a separate warranty period, the applicable warranty information will be provided with the product listing, documentation or invoice. If a listing does not state a period, ask us before you order and we will confirm whether a manufacturer or HK Trading warranty applies to that product.

3.1 Australian Consumer Law

Any warranty we provide operates in addition to, and does not replace, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 Warranty claims

To make a warranty claim, provide the order number or proof of purchase, the product serial number where applicable, a description of the problem, photographs or video where appropriate, and any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

3.3 Warranty exclusions

A warranty claim may be refused, where the law allows, for misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, negligence, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating instructions. These exclusions do not remove any rights the customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.
